The Reconnection Project aims to give marginalised people a route to employment through skills-based training workshops in different locations across Dundee City and Arbroath.

We offer skills-based training workshops in a range of areas: woodwork, gardening/landscaping, home maintenance, art and painting.

We work with people who are on the recovery journey from drug or alcohol addiction, and other connected issues, such as criminal conviction or p.t.s.d./combat stress.
improve your employability
We offer help to people on their journey into employment. This includes gaining skills, experience, and work based certificated training such as COSH.

Projects
The Reconnection Project
The Reconnection Project currently runs a project within the Friary at City Church Dundee, 8-12 Tullideph Road, Dundee DD2 2PN on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We also run a similar project at The Windmill Christian Centre, Millgate Loan, Arbroath on Thursdays. This project gives our Recoverees the opportunity to learn and use woodworking, painting and gardening skills on a practical level.
Laboursave
LabourSave is a social enterprise, which is now incorporated within The Reconnection Project. This enterprise offers clients affordable garden landscaping and various maintenance services.
